Wedding Reception Candy Bar Fondue Or Candy Bar, Suggestions Please!!?

Fondue or Candy Bar, suggestions please!!? - wedding reception candy bar

I have a destination wedding in the western sun, which is 80 degrees on my wedding reception. Suggest ski fondue with fresh local fruit or candy buffet, where guests can bring their candy as favors. If I make fondue station, that I pay in extra money for favors. If I for sweets, I'm afraid that might melt in the heat. Suggestions or ideas useful to you?

Not recommended for a fondue bar to help himself, because too many people dipping their forks into a common bowl --- ick. Chocoalte melt, but you can still other sweets such as candies or jellies, etc., which could support a much higher temperature.

Chocolate fountains are always found at the wedding, and it would be the best option. Maybe you can keep the fruit in the ice. I also saw people who pretzels, marshmallows, donuts in chocolate fountains - at least with them you will not have to worry about unpleasant smelting concern, spicy flavor. The chocolate is a funny idea, but melt, hot (and big!) During this period.

Thu candies that melt. I have chocolate fountains (white and Choc Choc milk and can be bought for cheap at Costco) and are successful. We have no fruit, biscuits and chocolate. We have small bowls on the table, so that people do not double dip.

I prefer to have a bar of chocolate. I do not know how melted chocolate, if it is dirty and some do anyway, because they want the other guests a chance. The candies will also be in the heat, so make sure that the chocolates are individually wrapped and you can delete it if you actually melt. They are sticky sweets, candies, etc.

I also think it would melt. With the Heat + chocolate, people can be tired. I would definitely go with the fruit ... I do not know the fruit fondue ... but it is certainly a good idea.

I like things that are immersed in another 500 people, dipping as some people to "Double" and gives me yikesssss, I can not run with candy things. Congratulations on your marriage.

Edit: I have an idea, why do you make fresh fruit skewers can be placed in bowls of ice, hold the lovely fresh fruit, then a step toward making the U nite and can be frozen to be served when it is extraordinary!

They do not say openly that the party is outdoors
But the assumption that I do.

I do not know what you think favors' (pay) the extra money in exchange for. Are you saying he believes that the fondue is not enough, then they must also be encouraged to buy, or do you say that you want to use some additional benefits contribute to the party have? Or you say something you have not understood completely out of the color?;)

Despite all these questions, here are my thoughts:

Should be given the heat, and the number of people who are (or his!) Diets, let alone a hyperglycemic diabetes in place that at the reception (if they are aware or) can not, and that the people are simply in contempt sweet local fruits would be a much better choice and healthier. Have you ever thought of how they sliced and candied? That would be the best of both worlds!

But if you insist that the notes of chocolate you need to keep the fruits of the ice, soRe no right to say that you are not the same with chocolate. So why not before the fruit dipped in chocolate, and serve on ice shelves? (Metal trays probably sweat "the moisture, so that the use of parchment paper without wax between fruit and trays.

If you have an internal connection (no pun intended), I can not imagine what all these stories, but why not fruit and chocolate buffet? Transfer the fondue, so that the "grace" is a problem.

BTW, you should also consider what your guests are: sweet and sticky fruit does not go well with light colored clothes!

I would describe as catering department of a supermarket in search of guidance. Most are more than happy to help potential customers, if you buy it or not.

Good luck, have fun, and please send me the remains! :)
